A1605 Rivet Set 1/4 Round

Riveting !!

Standard air chisel spring too small. Need bigger hammer or a new spring

The flared retainer needs improvement. The gun will not hold it in if you're not directly impacting a rivet. I think dimensions need to be properly listed. It says for 1/4" rivets, which it is, but you can't assume all round head rivets are the same size. I bought mine from jay-cee, and I think this bit is slightly less rounded, and bigger than the head of their rivets. Also, the person bucking the back side makes all the difference in a nice finish. If they fall off, the bounce back causes the bit to gouge the head repeatedly. I have a few up have to redo because of this. All in all, there's very few options on the market for this tool. It's getting the job done.
