SMITHiOS Snow Goggle Replacement Lens (Chromapop Everyday Green Mirror)

I think these are the Smith IOx lenses. They do not fit IOs goggles. I bought these and returned them, but you can tell by the picture that they are different. There should be about 4mm of space between the top cutouts and the black foam divider.*Amended review--By ordering a brand new frame of the Smith IOs googles, I found these lenses DO fit both my old and new frames, but it's tricky to get the two top notches in and the buckles to close. It seems like the black separator is of different widths and placements in different lenses--I know this because now I have two frames and six lenses! The seller should be aware that the picture of the clear lens is not the correct one (it's not the IOs shape), but the lens they sell IS the correct one.

My kid broke my goggles, these perfectly replaced the lens. I use these almost exclusively for night skiing, occasionally for very overcast days.

ABSOLUTELY the best for anyone who doesn't like ANY sun to be "blocked" in their goggles. Honestly IF I could go down the mountain with my eye glasses I would but than my Face, Cheeks and eye balls will freeze! I use the goggles for warmth and protection and I cannot see as well in Dim light as I can in full sunlight. Granted if I was on a mountain that literally stares at the sun while going down I might use a mild Yellow tint but for nighttime and regular light days this is the BEST.PS: It acts just like the regular Oakley lenses in quality, fog and durability!

Lens are original quality

I wanted a lens with the highest VLT. Other lenses are tinted for depth and other issues, but this clear one just simply lets in the most light which I find helps me see more than anything on cloudy dark days. They are the correct lenses for my I/OS goggles and fit perfectly as they should! I noticed on the Olympics most skiers and boarders had tinted lenses in the overcast snowy conditions, but there was at least one with the clear lens, so it is used by the best. The lens was shipped quickly, too, and was well packaged, ready for use. Very happy!

Obsessed with these. I’d had my eye on them and finally took the plunge. I had the Smith goggle with 2 other lenses, but wanted these for the color and mirror quality. High visibility and photograph well. Highly recommend.

This became the fourth lens I have for my five year old Smith Optics I/OS goggle frame, which is still in very good condition.For some reason this lens took much more coaxing to install than the other three lenses. Perhaps the manufacturing dimensions have slightly changed.

Excellent clarity and protection in bright light conditions. However, avoid using this on overcast days because it make the flatlight worse.

On top of not fitting the frame, you will also be charged to ship it back even if you have Prime! You can see from the picture it’s not even the same shape as the IO/S lens (original on the left, what I received on the right.) Save yourself the trouble and buy a different one!

Vor einem Jahr hatte ich mir die Smith Brille auf Empfehlung gekauft, nach einem Jahr war das Glas verkratzt. Ich wurde schon damals vom Verkäufer gewarnt, dass die Scheiben wirklich empflindlich sind. Dem ist auch so. Trotzdem habe ich mir nun einen neue Scheibe geholt, weil mich die Sicht einfach überzeugt hat. Kein Beschlagen, gute Sicht, einfaches austauschen. Ein klares Ja zur Kaufentscheidung, inwzischen ziehe ich ein Buff über die Brille, weil ich sie nicht immer vom Helm nehmen möchte und das Glas bleibt Kratzerfrei.

Die Scheibe habe ich am Gletscher ausprobiert. Sowohl bei Sonnenschein, wie dann auch im Schatten hatte ich eine gute Sicht.Aus- und Einbauen hat auch fix funktioniert, als ich dann mal raus hatte, dass man die Bügel an der Seite drehen muss.
