Let me tell everyone that all these fountains work brilliant, those who complaining they are not working for them the answer is, after burning the essence you need to wait for sometime like 5 to 10 minutes there after it starts to produce smoke fountain and dont keep it under fan or Ac it needs an air free zone to keep the smoke stay..

It is working as shown, scent is pleasant, everything is good except Ganesh ji's face. I gave touch up with my fabric paint to make it look better. You could have painted neatly.

it was very satisfying to see the smoke. very peaceful experience. But after lighting 2 dhoops, the metallic ring is getting heated and due to that the wax below is melting a little every time. So we cannot continuously keep dhoops, need to let the ring cool and again he other one.

It's not a good quality product. The paint started melting off as the incense was burning on it. The look from a distance is good. But it's really smoky if kept in a closed space or close by. Also, it is non returnable unlike what is written on the product information page. The only good thing was that amazon refunded my money even without taking the item back.

The material which is used is not a ceramic material. As mentioned in product description. The quality is not adequate. When I return this product . Then amazon ask me to go for self pick up. Though it is mentioned any that self pickup is required if you return it.

Really nice product with reasonable price, you can gift this to your beloved ones..

As per the reviews , this product was working for some and didn't working for some. I made order for my temple not considering about it would work or not but I wonder it worked very well in the first go. Value for money.
