Timing Replacement
Well, it looks pretty good so far, installation was done professionally, the quality not bad, I saved hundreds of dollars, Ford parts were recommended but, I’m only going to keep the vehicle for a few years. I recommend the product, it’s well worth it. Shipping was on time.

20,000 miles and still running.
I have used 2 of these kits, I've put around 20,000 miles on one in a year and have had no problems. Looks vary durable, smooth and quiet. Fits great and easy.

So far so good. I can recommend this kit.
Got it back together yesterday fired it up this morning and it runs like a top with a new parts. I do recommend that you put 2 quarts of oil in a container that you can dip the sprockets with the cam phasers in it prior to installation. Let those parts get gorged with that oil. I also use some engine oil stabilizer, very thick, on the guides in the chain before putting it back together. It works, wonderfully, and I don’t expect any issues. Let me also say that you will not need any special tools to hold the cams even though many videos you see they are using special tools. You can just use a breaker bar and a socket on the cam bolt and have someone hold that still, and then you can release it to a neutral position slowly on each sprocket. The timing chain has colored links that you will line up with the sprockets both upper and the bottom sprocket. You cannot get this system a tooth off. It is impossible if you have a color links in the right place before you put the cover back on. You can do this!

Running good
2005 Ford F-250 5.4L, truck has plow. I was a little worried about not buying an OEM replacement and due to the amount of work involved was very hesitant. But this truck is not my daily driver and I was also dropping money on coil packs, plugs and two special tools to remove the plugs (yes there is more than one way to break them). I don’t expect to get another hundred thousand miles out of these but who knows.Phasers looked well made and were packaged well. Tensioners looked solid with better gaskets than the original. (passenger side on old set was blown out at the gasket). I didn’t use the chain gear at the bottom. It didn’t seem good quality and there were metal shavings all over from the manufacturing process. These could have been scraped off but this led me to not trust whoever made them. I am sure it was fine but the old one was fine so I re-used it. I didn’t have any slippage before, just got on this repair before it got too bad.Got it all done about a week ago and truck has been running great. No codes and no misfires. Restored my lost power and hesitation. Probably have put about 100 miles on it. Will update after I get some more miles on it and after plowing. Also recommended if your doing this, change plugs and coil packs as well. Your motor will run great. Now on to the dreaded exhaust manifolds!

Junk
Less that 50 miles and the guides broke. Total crap. I’m so irritated. This isn’t an easy job to do. In fact it was a total pain in the A**. And now i have to take it all back apart to replace some cheap plastic so the chain doesn’t destroy itself!
