This purchase was a gift therefore, this review is based solely on the initial opening of the package and not daily usage. From the box it is packaged in to the mug itself, every aspect is cool. I found this to be a neat gift for a graduation. The mug feels good quality(sturdy) and the painted on decorations and the tassel pop so well in contrast to the black mug. I did find that the "cap" didn't sit completely flush on the mug and wobbled a little but it was such a minuscule amount that it did not affect my rating. It think it would be cool if there was an option for different colors besides the gold so that one may pick specific school colors. I'm not sure what exactly the lifetime service support is or what it covers but a paper explaining the benefits of it and the broken mug replacement would provide peace of mind to a consumer. Overall, I really like the mug and would definitely buy it again and recommend it to others.
