fit good. i like the steel threads instead of the plastic ones,

got this for a Harley Davidson Night Train. is a little long but works great. Trust me u want this it's metal instead of the plastic kind.

05 sportster, be very careful, The plastic part is brittle.Works fine.Won't stretch at all.Thickness is no issue.
