Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  A robust lock chain, looks really tough.The instructions weren’t very clear, I was very confused on how to reset the combination, to one of our own choice.The lock twists when open, allowing you to reset the code.You cannot reset the code once the lock is closed, which is a clever anti-theft device.I am happy with the lock, but needs clearer instructions.

... it would have been an easy 5 star rating:Ordered Friday evening, and delivered Saturday; so full marks for that.The lock itself is fine and just as it should be, solid and secure; but the frame clamp was a bit of a disappointment. One of the screws was cross-threaded and ridiculously tight to remove. By the time I got the nut off the threads were ruined and unusable. Fortunatley I had a suitable replacement.I know it's only a small thing, but not everyone has a 'stock' of spare screws & nuts and I really shouldn't have to fix and replace parts on a new item before I can use it.

I forgot my combination and googled how to open a lock, I used the methods online and non of them worked on this lock, because it is super solid. So if you want a lock that others will not be able to open get this one, It does warn on the instructions that if you forget your combination you will NOT be able to open it, and it is correct. Buying another one and this time I will keep a note of the combination!!

Bought this. Have used it a handful of times when outside supermarkets,shops etc. I found it very easy to use and set up my own code. I keep the lock wrapped under my seat (see picture) all the time so that I never get caught short. I never notice it and doesnt move or jingle about when im riding and hardly weighs anything in terms of biking unless you are a professional.Also bought a U lock as I read that using both together makes it more of a deterrent and increases the difficulty of it getting stolen, but I hardly take that out unless I'm planning a long trip and put the u lock in my backpack instead.

Although it may look sturdy, the actual cable inside is pretty thin. I was out maybe 40mins to get my groceries and someone tore apart the locker and took my bike in broad daylight in a busy place. If you are looking for safety I would not recommend this.

I brought this cause it looks nice love the colour and its easy to use unfortunately I recently had my bike stolen the theif had cut through this lock easy so my advice get a thicker lock to protect your bike.

Not tested very much so far. A little cumbersome to attach to frame using carrying device and also to lock up the bike. Not sure I would recommend it for an expensive bike but it suits my old bike fine.
