Worth buying
Nice quality. Worth buying. Not Have to charge it so frequently but charge also doesn't last for too long . Gives high sound to music. Good for listening songs and watching movies . Can use via Bluetooth and SD card . Similar to the picture shown in the product gallery.

Loud enough for a room
Pros: Clear sound, instant connectivity, good FM reception.Cones: Bass is not that much good, size is a bit more and battery life should be more.

Aesthetic look and rubberized matte feelVolume is quite clear and loudWould recommend this to anyone looking for a bluetooth plus radio player as there are not many in the market.UPDATE: After 1 month of usage, the radio frequency reception is very bad, can hardly hear anything on the radio station. Please do not buy if your primary requirement is listening to the radio.

Yet another promising & reliable product by Artis..!
VERDICT - Go for it if looking for a budget Bluetooth speaker below 1500 with superb quality sound output!!Been an Artis fan since 16 yrs for low price products they make with good n even better quality some times!Earlier i used BT12 which was nicer & cuter when lighting effects but sound was OK in it. Had got it for 700 in dmart.BT72 - actual Price 1200.. Got a spot deal for 999 during shopping fest two weeks back.. Used Amazon pay cc & got additional 200 rs cashback... So i got BT72 for 700 rs in short... A Perfect deal...!Device has a feathery touch feel on it & you'll love it as you take it in hand..Sound quality - quite a louder sound it produces with two 5w speakers & one bass unit..! Bass effect is quite reasonable for this price range...Battery life - used for almost ten days approx for an hour per day on single charge which wasn't on 100%.. Artis speakers come with powerful battery backup..BT connectivity - no problems at all unless speaker & mobile re in different rooms and someone passes by crossing thru them..FM - god knows how to tune up on this device.. My house has pathetic fm reception so can't comment.. Well.. You get almost all fm channels on Gaana.com. So you won't miss fm actually..! 👍Found better than BOAT STONE GRENADE...Overall - 👍 👍 👍.. Go for it if looking for a budget Bluetooth speaker below 1500.. Totally worth..Cheers!

return pick up still pending
The delivery boy called to confirm the return product pick up but did not turn up. Its been almost 15 days the return pick up is pending. I did not like the product because of the bad quality. Requesting you to arrange pick up of the speaker and process refund.

Awesome Design..Looks better than Boat, JBL SPEAKERS.
The product is definitely good for the price. But there are some cons I like to highlight.Cons:When starting the device the volume is set to medium. It will be better if the speaker volume was at highest every time it turn on. Because as it is bluetooth device it will turn off automatically after when not in range. So each time I need to press volume key to put full sound. I like to keep full sound in speaker and reduce the sound in phone. I think this is better if I switch between my Bluetooth headset and speaker.Also connectivity issue is there but it is fine. When starting the device it will go to pairing mode, when I try to connect it won’t connect, So I will go to radio mode and then again to Bluetooth mode. Then it will connect.Apart from that no issue.Product is better than I expected.

Sound quality is pathetic like some road side speakers and mic is very bad.
I brought this speaker because I needed on for my kids school from home and my office meetings. Speaker is loud but music and vocals are not like the way u expect. I have other artis speakers and earphones and it's a amazing but this one is a failure. And if you are planning to purchase for mic then don't even think about it. The opposite person can't hear us at all. Thanks to Amazon for quick refund.
