When it arrived, I removed it from the box and gave it a couple of days to inflate. After letting it rest for 24 hours this pillow has expanded fully.The first night I used it I was amazed at how good it felt. I've never felt anything like it relaxed. Pillows are harder to review because everyone's tastes are different. I would say this lies between soft and firm.It has enough given to be very comfortable but doesn't collapse into anything like a typical pillow. As far as firmness, it has more give than the foam neck pillow I own but still provides excellent support for side sleeping and stomach sleeping. I'm usually a side or stomach sleeper but I'm trying to train myself to sleep on my back, so it's nice to have options.The cover is easy to remove and wash and has a nice texture to it that adds to the luxury feel.I do believe everyone is different with different issues but for me personally, I love this pillow and will definitely get another. Money well spent, finally!

i use temper pedic mattress that is extremely comfortable.. i was in search if pillow that is equally soft.. because of my neck pain my friend recommended me to use memory foam pillow.. so i ordered it on amazon.. so far its very comfortable.. much better than the pillow i was using.. when i put my hand on pillow it gives a cool feel aswell.. loving it..

These pillows are great! These are the best pillows I have ever tried.-There is no sag in the middle and it bounces right back every time.-The foam that fills the space between the bed and your neck will not choke you or press on your jugular (for side & stomach sleepers)-No matter how I lay or how the pillow is positioned my head sinks in just the perfect amount to keep me from waking up with neck and upper back pain.The pillow has holes throughout it, which I suppose make it breathe more, but also makes it softer and compress more. So long story short, order 2 of these right now! You will not regret it, in fact you will regret that you didn't buy one earlier in your life!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I do not have pain so I can't judge it 100% but it does hurt my neck like the other pillow. That is why i gave it 5 stars. You can see it in the video, it expands fast and what i love about it is the cool air release when pressed down. It feels and looks good. Very high quality built pillow. I might grab a couple more for my kids.

I just want to begin with that I may be one of the pickiest person alive when it comes to sleeping. I have had such a hard time finding a pillow that works for me, to the extent that I have had to but wool and make my own pillow.After reading a few reviews, I caved in and purchased this pillow and that was the best thing I could’ve done. This pillow is wayyyy to comfortable and will put you to sleep in seconds. It provides the relief you need to fall asleep and provide the pressure to not have your head sink in, causing neck pain. I love this pillow and highly recommend it.

I thought it was interesting that these pillows come rolled up in a box, but once I took it out and it took its shape on its own I thought that was cool. I bought two of these. One for me and one for my husband and so far so good! They are comfortable and hold up really well. I would recommend these !

This pillow is amazing, especially for the price. The pillow is rolled up into a pretty small package. It was a little deformed right after it unfolded itself but it came with a little note that said the pillow would expand to its normal shape in 24 hours. Sure enough, it did and I haven't slept this well in so long. I've had some memory foam pillows that were too hard and my neck would hurt in the morning or some that were too soft and I might as well have spent money on a regular pillow. This pillow honestly has the perfect amount of support without being too stiff.I'd definitely buy this pillow again!

This pillow has been really nice! Great quality for the price. Great at maintaining shape and feel so far. Husband says he’s been getting the best sleep since purchased. Soft, but still maintains shape. Medium firmness. Comfortable for side sleeping and back. Not much of a stomach sleeper so unsure there. Worth the buy. I’ve purchased several different pillows on amazon from bamboo stuffing, gel, down and this one has been the best of them. The holes allow airflow and stays cool. I hope this quality lasts! The only downfall was the initial smell. It has a strong chemical like smell like most new mattresses smell. I gave the pillow a few sprays of fabric freshener and time to air out and inflate after being packaged. I propped it up on my couch and put a fan in front of it for a couple hours on each side. Also, the pillow washing instructions say not to wash it, but the pillow case unzips off and I washed the pillow case on delicate and air dried it in front of a fan and it was fine! Definitely helped with the smell.
