Cheap
This toy looked great on the website. When we received it, it was much smaller and lighter than expected. It was in a package that was not English so there were no directions. The scoop does not touch the ground, so there is no way for children to actually pick things up with the scoop. The middle portion does rotate 360 degrees as advertised, but you must so it manually (there is not control for it on the remote). 3 of the buttons cause the toy to play a very loud and annoying song (the SAME song, which as a parent gets old quick). I was incredibly disappointed by this purchase and want to warn anyone else considering this toy.

Not worth the money
This toy came a month later than it was supposed to. After about a month, it completely stopped working. We tried charging all of it's parts, and still is not working. The charging in itself is frustrating, as there are 3 components that need to be charged separately. This toy is not at all worth it's money. It looks a lot more sophisticated than it actually is. Buyer beware. I too was annoyed with the packaging. There were no directions in English on how to put it together, which would have been helpful. Save your money on this toy and don't buy it!

I agree with everyone else - but my package also had a charger with a plug that is not American. It should be posted on the toy that it comes from China and all documentation and instructions are in Chinese and that it will take a long time to arrive.
