I ordered four batteries from this company in the past 2 years. First battery work just fine it lasted just about 2 years. Second battery I ordered from them last month would not hold a charge. Third battery I ordered from them 2 weeks later would not hold a charge. The final battery ordered was damaged and was not even the right battery for my cell phone. I had to order a cell phone battery from local distributor at a very high price and it was a lot less expensive than buying a new cell phone. strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your cell phone batteries.

Excellent product.My cellphone battery expanded until the back wouldn't stay on (lol) and I had to find and purchase a replacement.I was worried, because the device is older, wasn't very popular, and was discontinued.I soon realized that searching for a battery by the device was fruitless.I then entered the model number of the battery itself, with nothing else, into the searchbar of my browser.This product came up, but my specific device was not in the description.I went ahead and ordered it anyway, and sure enough, because it was the very same model number, it was an exact match.I have been using it since May and I couldn't be happier.

With this battery installed in my Tracphone, I will go to look at it and the phone has turned off. This never happened with the original battery. This makes the phone unreliable.I noticed this within a couple days of purchase, but failed to ask for a return until too late. Not a good product.

So far it's great. Saw some negative reviews so I was hesitant. But got it and it installed very easy.Then I taught my wife how to break-in and train a new battery.For the first week: NEVER OVER CHARGE IT. Watch the battery level and disconnect/unplug from the charger BEFORE it hits 100% (like between 90% - 99%). And when using it let it get below 20%, 10% is better, before you plug it in to charge, then let it charge ALL of the time until it hits 90% - 99%. Do THAT for a week or more. Actually it is a GOOD PRACTICE to do all of the time, but then you have to TRAIN YOURSELF too, because most of us are not in the habit of doing that. :-)
