Performance Machine says the pads provided are the softest material they offer [Organic pads] and want you off the phone asap, no help or concern from them!The pads are eating my $$ Stainless Steel rotors and have no stopping power at all, in fact they are dangerous. I have a great peddle, solid as a rock to the pads.Know that I am replacing the same 4piston PM calipers part for part that have shaken them selves to death in 50,000 miles. Be prepared to purchase Quality pads as the ones they send may be made of iron or SS waist from CHINA. What junk, garbage pads and no customer support. The whole for the pin support is about twice the normal size of the pin from vibrations the pad support plates are cut into the calipers about .125 -1/8''. I will try to add a picture or more later when the new pads arrive. I don't mind changing out warn parts for new but at least supply safe pads, Pads that will help stop an 850lb motorcycle.The camera date is not correct! I replaced the pads with new organic material and the machine is now stopping correctly.I would like the public to know the pads supplied by Performance Machine were so hard there was absolutely no rear brake at all when applied. I have been riding since 1964 and that was the year I also started turning wrenches in a motorcycle shop back in Yonkers NY. I am not new at this !This company [Performance Machine] is selling brakes and they should work properly from the start. Having no rear brake could cause someone to lose there life. I was very uncomfortable trying to get back home after the second time trying to restore what they said was a good set of pads,with only front brakes on a 850 lb motorcycle. Had I been a new rider on a bike that was not familiar to me and had to stop -Straight up I could not have done it and if things were unknown to me like trying to stop in an emergency I could not have stopped either.Just be AWARE of this Dangerous condition should you decide to purchase Performance Machine Loaded Calipers!Thank you for your timeTomI
