Introduction:I have owned many chargers over the years of being in RC. From the old timer based NiCd chargers to very expensive intelligent chargers. This was my first touch screen charger though and it has earned a place on my workbench. The price is a good value for the features that you get on this unit.Seller:I had an issue with the first one I purchased. I contacted the seller (AorikaBeauty) and they were quick to respond and VERY helpful. We traded several emails and they provided me excellent service. The seller did an exchange for me and it was a simple process. It's good to have a seller that is so responsive.Pros:First it allows you to use either AC or DC input for the charger. Operation with either source is the same as is the output wattage for charging. Once powered up you'll see a nice bright screen with all of the options presented. It's nice to be able to go directly to any of the features with out scrolling or pushing buttons multiple times - it's simple, direct access makes it quick and easy.Several battery chemistries are supported so no matter what you're charing, you're going to be covered. I use it primarily for LiPo, but the high voltage lipo, lead acid, nicd, etc are all supported. Each one has a dedicated button and specific settings for that program. It also will check the internal resistance (IR) of your LiPo batteries to help you keep an eye on their health and track that over time. Also, the charging screen has a nice graph and statistics to show you exactly what the charger is doing and the current state of charge. For more details (on multi cell Lithium packs) you can go to the monitor screen to see each individual cell's current voltage. One other feature I really like is that you can store 6 user settings. That way you can just select the one you want and not have to change any of the parameters - This is a feature I didn't think I'd use but I use it every time!Included in the box are 2 balancing boards, an AC cord, a dc power cord and multiple connectors for 4 different battery connectors.Cons:I would have liked to see a different "octopus" type cable for the various battery connectors. What is provided does work assuming you have Deans, XT60 but not EC3/EC5. Not a big deal but something to note.Not necessarily a con, but something to be aware of. The monitor screen requires you to have both the balance lead and the power lead connected to the charger for accurate readings. If you don't have the power lead connected, the voltages shown are inaccurate.Conclusion:If you're in the market for a compact charger that is easy to use I would recommend this one. I underestimated how much I'd like the direct access menu where everything is just one click away. No scrolling or pushing buttons 5 times to get to the settings. With features like the battery monitor and IR meter for your cells, it's a great value for the price.

Easy to use. Charged my lipo fast. I was apprehensive about charging my first lipo but this charging made it a lot easier than I thought it would be. I think I will be very happy with this charger. Charger a couple batteries at a time and several different types. Nice charger. Worth the money so far.

The media could not be loaded.  Update: Changed my rating to 4 stars from 1 star. The anomaly I experienced appears to have been the result of an operating system glitch. The seller responded to my concern with instructions to “reset” the charger. I had to reset several times but afterwards the charger started behaving normally and functioned properly. Extra credit for the support. This is a glitchy little charger but when it’s working, it works well..Initial review: I have only used this a hand full of times. It’s stored in the box it came in indoors so it’s not abused. I only charge at 2 amps. Today received an internal temperature error that occurs after a few seconds. No sign of ACTUAL over heating. All connections were made correctly. I’ve contacted the manufacturer and the seller. For now, this charger gets 1 star for poor quality. I’ll add more comments once I see how the seller and manufacturer handle the issue. Stay tuned.

I previously ordered a cheaper charger for about $40 however it did not work brand new out of the box. Lipos can be dangerous and as an electrician I dont trust the cheaper options. Its also nice to be able to charge 2 high capacity batteries at the same time.

Works great

I bought this charger and used it for 2 weeks or so, then a faulty mosfet in chanel two caused voltage leaking. After only a few messages with the seller, I got a full refund! I'm definitely buying the same charger again with that refund. Simple interface, fast balance charging and even has extra functions like internal resistance, battery meter and digital power supply.

Good charger, easy to use and arrived quickly. Only downside, is there are no ec5 connectors, therefore i had to purchase serperatly.

Been very pleased with the first one I purchased, therefore with so many batteries needing charging when the kid are playing, decided to get another one for faster battery turn arounds

I bought this charger because I've had the touch screen version for a few years but one channel died.So when I got this one, I put it to work and it died within 10 seconds. Literally, it won't turn on, now.I went back to basics, starting with plugging everything in, then turning on the switch. Nothing happens - it simply died. So my only choice is to send it back. I won't be buying another of this brand.The best I can say is that the store was lightning fast at returning my money & making sure I was satisfied. Thank you for that and for that I have given you 4 stars.
