Nature's Way Dim-Plus 60 Vegan Capsules

I was having estrogen problem a few months back and I read on the internet that DIM blocks estrogen in the body. So I ordered it. And by the time I finished consuming this bottle, my estrogen levels came (not completely but near to) normal and I started feeling better. I would recommend using this product if you are prescribed with a DIM product.

both my daughters take this. I have to say it took a few months but now they can't go without it. has helped them both in different ways. One daughter, helps her emotionally and she has lost around 10 pounds, even though she didn't need to. The other daughter it has helped with the cramping she gets during her monthly. Have been getting them for months now, and won't stop

I am 51 years old, menopausal female. I had started having serious joint pain and after doing some research found that DIM could help. I received these and started taking them and almost immediately had relief from both joint pain and hot flashes. When I stop taking them I get both back. I can't recommend these enough. I am going to get one of those buttons that you push to automatically reorder.

I took this product to balance hormones for a heavy period and all it did was extend my cycle. I was using Solaray's vitex but it extended the bleeding as well. Right now I am taking Solary's Dim Supreme and it seems Ok but I am still figuring out how to best deal with a heavy cycle holistically. My next stop will be vitamin A. But no, Nature's Way Dim Plus I can not recommend.

The effects of the pills was spot on. My mood swings and various estrogen related issues were reduced to virtually nothing in records time. However, due to a few ingredients being corn derivatives I was unable to continue and have since switched to a brand that does not use these additives.
