Behind Closed Doors Kindle Edition

Maybe I read too many fictional lesbian books, but has anyone else noticed how once you get to around the 70% mark in the book that is where the author throws a wrench into the story that makes one or both of the main characters rethink this blossoming and romantic courtship may have all been a mistake? It's as if it is a prerequisite in order for the book to get published. This book pales in comparison to Anna Stone's other two stellar works. The character of Ms White is a perfectionist. She hates typos and missing words in her documents and behold!! This book has plenty of typos and missing words for real. Eh, this book is simple and cute.

This story was so good that I could hardly put it down. I read it all in one day and will add it to the list of books that I can enjoy reading over and over again. Lillian and Emma are magnets for each other. Emma is the breath of fresh air that Lillian needed all along in the midst of her hectic and stressful job and Lillian is the example of following your passion in life that Emma needed as she works to find herself apart from caring for family. However, in her efforts to play by the rules and not jeopardize her life's work, Lillian could on resist the inevitable pull between her and Emma for so long not that Emma's persistence helped. This was a beautiful story and very believable.

This was a good story but I hated that the author chose not to actually show us the bad guy getting his due. Telling me he did was okay but less satisfying. The ice queen act was more of an act and less of an actuality if ask me but it created some tension as did the no fraternization with employees clause at their office.The mystery was enough of a mystery to create a little bit of a subplot but I would have liked more of it.I recommend this book if you're looking for a good read with not to much drama.

I really enjoyed the book. It had mystery and romance packed in it. The chemistry between the two characters was HOT!

Such a great book. Anna Stone is an amazing writer. She pulls you into the stories & does an excellent job helping you to feel like you know the characters. One of my favorite authors.

What a brilliant office romance with a little mysterious intrigue. It was dispiriting to see the male partners treat Lillian so awful but Emma helps her see true value of life. I loved their hot secret romance which was so steamy. This is a fun read and a great story. I couldn't put it down.

This book alright I would have given it four star's but as I as reading it It felt like another stories that I have read the only difference was the names had been change. But the story line as the same almost identical

Love bed Emma and Lillian , both characters had their own type of charisma. While reading their story I felt the words come alive. Great book, worth a second read.

Classic boss falls for the secretary! This is not the best from this author, it’s still 4 stars as it’s a good read but her other books are better. It felt a little rushed in places and the boss character seemed to do 180’s really quickly at times.One thing though, like most of her books it has an epilogue, I love those! I hope she continues to always add them in!

Beautiful story with emotions, and adventure and amazingly beautiful and intense characters. A book that really enjoyed

A very good and enjoyable even if the plot is not completely original. An excellent read.

Loved all three of these books

Their relationship was dull and trite. It was hard to believe that the boss would take the risk and neither woman's attraction was properly developed.There wasn't a single memorable line, scene or passage.Passes the time and that's about it.
