This binder works, even for me! If I could suggest an improvement, it would be to tweak the design so that it is less inclined to roll upward. Maybe some vertical stays or similar? I will probably order another one soon.

The listing picture shows 2 Velcro Tabs, what I received has 1.The Binder is comfortable and fits fairly well. I do wish I had ordered a 12 in instead of the 9 in.The back tends to roll & bunch which my 12 does not have an issue with and could benefit from a couple stays.I would have given a 3-4 rating but it started coming apart after the 2nd wash.

Rolls down bad and came apart the first time I washed it. Been wearing a binder for 3 years and this one did not perform well for me. It was too big too. Order a size smaller if you order one.

Effective to help to keep straight posture, helping abdominal muscles in and also by doing that supports the lower back when walking, when you try to sit, unfortunately folds. It is OK for now.

Junk, did not provide support, was too rigid for a ladies curves. Unless your body is a block, and you don't need support, don't buy this. I had an abdominal surgery and thought this looked like a good way to go - it was not. Old maternity belts were better. This thing just shifted up above my natural waste any time I sat or bent, irritating my incision.

The Ita-med Breathable Elastic Binder is a wonderfully comfortable binder. I got this after abdominal surgery, and it wasn't uncomfortable at all! The compression of the binder helped with the swelling, and it did a lot to expedite my healing. I know that they are useful in other situations, but for sure, this binder could not be beat for postoperative support.

Very sharp on edges. Not very tight. Does not hold hernia in. Little support felt. Grazes skin

Provided me with excellent back, abdominal, and hip support after child birth. I was able to get in/out of bed with little pain, and was able to walk around without feeling like my insides will spill out. I wore this product everyday for a week and only removed it at night for bed. I noticed the elastic is getting too worn and stretched only after a week of wearing it. I would recommend this product, but not for long term, as the elastic gets too stretchy to from too much use.

This three panels wrap is too wide for a petite lady. It is not that comfy to have the wrap under the chest while sitting down to nurse.
