Promasil was recommended to me by a strength and conditioning coach. He referred to it as a "clean supplement", i.e., not loaded with stuff we shouldn't be taking. I've only been taking for 3 weeks so my comments need to be limited. I ordered a trial size (vanilla) to test if I would like. Subsequently ordered the 5lb size. Outstanding taste and mixes easily in 6 oz. of water. I take it every day around 10:30 am and look forward to doing so. No effect onbowles one way or the other.

I have used many protein powders in my time, and I like to try new/innovative flavors when I see them. When I saw this protein blend, I had to try it. I like protein blends because they are thicker when made with water, and don't digest quite as fast as whey. I find this one to be a good quality protein. However, the taste leaves something to be desired. I can only describe it as: sugary wet hot dog bun. It's not terrible. I don't think I'll be buying this particular flavor again though. I think I'll go with vanilla next time. I'm glad I was able to get a relatively small amount to try.

Absolutely LOVE this protein and havent looked back since taking it. I'm a woman into heavy lifting and strenuous workouts and I've noticed great results with this protein. First of all it blends really well with a little milk or water and it tastes amazing.The protein also includes a whey, egg, casein and goats milk blend which helps to replentish your muscles immediately after a workout and also provides additional sustenance throughout the day for up to 8 hrs.It also includes stevia and there are no fillers which I think has helped with stomach bloat, which sometimes happens when i drink other proreins

Bought a 1-lb can to take along on an extended business trip. Tastes great, and a full scoop dissolves well in my coffee each morning. Will definitely buy again. Only downside (or upside) is that, despite keeping this closed and in a suitcase, my entire hotel room ended up smelling like vanilla protein...

Love the taste of this protein powder in my morning fruit smoothie. It keeps me feeling full for over 7 hours. It has been a great supplement to my diet and exercise program. Would highly recommend.

I like Promasil's flavor and what it says it does as it releases proteins over a period of time so that your body gets a chance to use all that is contained!!

This is my usual protein supplement... I was pleased to see that I could purchase this through amazon. It was ver fast and convenient. Good product; good service.
