I have poor posture, so this is was needed for the hours I'm on my feet.

I don't like that it pinches where it goes around the front of my arms and barely made a difference in my posture.

I can only hope it helps my posture over time.....

The waist fit but it’s built for small frames. I wear an xl-xxl shirt but 32 inch waist, needless to say it didn’t fit.

Absolute piece of junk. Put it on my shoulders with no issue. Within minutes it broke. Had it on a total of 39 min. Thru it in the trash
