Who Are They? Board book – Picture Book, September 15, 1994

I have always loved Tana Hoban’s books for young babies. In the first few weeks of life, young babies can sit on your lap and enjoy these high contrasting pictures. The simple silhouette figures delight infants even as young as a few weeks old. I highly recommend this book!

We love Tana Hoban books- my children definitely react to the pictures and even a toddler has fun making up their own stories to go along with the animals! Her illustrations are simple but imperative for little eyes and pre-reading.

This was a gift for a friend who just had a new baby. I've given this book many times for baby gifts. I like it so much because it's a book that babies can "look" at almost right away while their eyesight is developing. They see black and white first so it catches their attention.

Great for their visual development, helping them to focus even into their 3-6 month stage. Even when learning words, still a helpful little picture book "doggie, bottles, keys, duck" The kids love thse books, Very worthwhile purchase.

Love, love, love this simple and beautiful book. It is perfect for newborns.

I liked the images, it is one of the two books I like by this author. The other is the Black and White acordian sytle book.

This is one of those dramatic black-and-white board books that stimulate neurological development in infants. My granddaughter is no exception - she's always fascinated by this book, which we look at several times a week, along with others.

Well, my grandson loves it anyway. He is fascinated with the black/white contrast.

Love these black and white books. Highly recommend for babies new born onwards.

They used the same title of a very good book. Imagine how disappointed I was to get a children's book.
