Good quick release and they fit snugly. Soooooo much better than the worn out clips at the gym and for the price they are probably one of the best upgrades I carry around in my gym bag.

if you are sick of the formed wire locks that came with your bar spend $10 and get these. They are easy and quick to slide on/off and hold as well as the old faithfuls

This was a great investment for the simple fact that I don't have to waste my workout time searching the gym for clips or clamps (one time, I actually found a pair on a smith machine). They are easy to pack, handy to have and so far, I have not had any problems with them slipping.

I like the bright orange color I had ordered, in addition to the ease of sliding on and off the collars. The collar holds the plates on the bar well. Although I have not tested to see if the clamps will allow the plates to slip if I had tipped the bar to the side.

It works great! The only drawback is the width of clamps. They take up extra space on the barbell where the weights go. But luckily for me, I'm not trying to pick up over 200 lbs.

Great product. I purchased these for my Son too use on his curling bar makes changing out weights easier and they secure them great.

Very easy to use. Extremely fast to take off and put on. So yourself a favor and use these over the awful metal compression clips.

Nice clamps. Does its job - holds plates in place to protect you from injury.
