Hard and Dry, Useless
It's so hard you can't press it to your eyelids. It's so dry there's no cream left. This is an OLD PRODUCT. When it's new it's wonderful.

Quality is missing
This pencil arrived broken inside of its casing. The packaging was fine--plastic wrapped and not opened. It was well protected for shipping. Unfortunately probably broken before it ever left the factory. Anyway, totally unusable, I tried to sharpen it and it just can't sharpen because its broken inside. Pretty color though.

Old makeup
It was old and looked like the climate control wasn't good where they had it stored but the shadow stick was all loose from the stick on I side so never could get it to sharpen correctly and the stick was loose all the way down so I threw both of them away because i loved that shade and I've had it before and it's so pretty and goes on so creamy and it sharpened easily. Sorry for the bad review but I was very disappointed.

Great color
Loved the color & it was probably just one in a million but it was hollow and the tip fell right out. Will try another.

Cover Girl Flamed Out Shadow Pencil: Gold Flame
I love gold colored eye stuff. I had a gold crayon eye pencil ages ago that was awesome and I tried to find it here. The pencil isn't soft at all; it is quite hard actually and having to press and try to line the upper lid with it is a bit aggravating. It hurt my eyeball when I pressed down the 1st time thinking it was a softer pencil/crayon and it wasn't - I was surprised. It also doesn't show up that well -- it takes about 4 passes to really pop and whatnot. I am not purchasing this one again. Maybe it was old but it was hard as blooming rock to smear on my top eyelids.*3.1 stars*

More gold than green
There's a nice green underneath, but this color is so heavily flecked with gold shimmer it's almost like glitter. Goes on easily, washes off easily.

Good value and easy to use
This is a lovely creamy eye shadow pencil which is cool on the skin and stays on fairly well throughout the day. I like this type of product. My only reservation is that I’m not sure how you sharpen it as it seems like it’s made of plastic. Time will tell!
