I HATE drinking water. These allow me to be able to get 40-60 oz of water in every day. I put one packet in about 30oz of water and it’s perfect for me. It’s not too lemony, but can definitely taste the lemon. And the box is a great size, so it lasts a long time. I have one box at home and one at work. Absolutely worth the money.
