Good clean product - capsules are full of product with no leaking mess like other products.
This has helped with my trips to the bathroom at night - down to 1 but usually 2 times.

The box used to mail the product was big enough for multiple pairs of shoes!!
The product has been very helpful in managing bladder health without using prescription drugs which have a 50/50 chance of being successful.

Reduced night-time urinations
For more than ten years I have been peeing more than nine times a night (it's called Nocturia). I could not take the medicines offered by any urologist--they made me feel sick like I had a bad flu. I read that pumpkin seed extract lowered night-time urination. I bought this Life-Extension product. My peeing dropped to five or less urinations a night. Now I'm less fatigued in the day thanks to this.

So far, so good...we will see what happens after a few more weeks.
Hard to gage the effectiveness of this product thus far. But my voids have improved with the use of this supplement. No healing affect but some relief.
