Bruder02482 Caterpillar Skid Steer Loader

My four year old has been asking for a skid steer with a hydraulic hammer for the longest! Of course, this was no easy find, but here it is! We love the attachments. I have to help change them. They're pretty tough to change. This you seems pretty darn sturdy.... Holding up so far!

I think this brand is awesome in that they have so many different varieties of truck, so there are options beyond the same old same old. Not to mention they are designed to look and function in a realistic manner. So if you have a hardcore truck lover in your house they are sure to be a hit.My kid was so excited when he saw the skid steer and attachments beyond the standard bucket. He is especially a fan of the hammer attachment, as you push into a surface it retracts the tip so it looks like it is actually driving into the ground.Unfortunately, the drill attachment broke pretty darn easy. As the various trucks are rather complex/realistic in design it means that there are definitely lots of areas which could break with heavier use.With the prices tending toward the higher end it becomes a question of how intensely does your kid play with their toys and how much are they into trucks. When my son saw a display of Bruder trucks in a store he lost his damn mind. When my kid becomes that excited over something it tends to push me more towards the worth it side of things.

My son received one of these for his second birthday, which he uses and overly uses on a daily basis. It’s finally starting to show signs of wear, so I decided to buy him another one for his third birthday now he has two of his favorite toys, both of them equally Hold up and the only difference notice is the paint where from the original one mechanically wise they are both sound

It made a great present for a three year old. Enough pieces that can tilt or adjust and easy spinning tires. He could not have been happier!

These are awesome - we have purchased a whole range of them for our boys - now age 6, and we are now giving as gifts to nephew and friends - They are very well engineered, well built, solid - take a good beating, while they are also very realistic, and have nice features on how the buckets and arms move. Can't say enough about how good these are, and the fact that they are made in EU is also refreshing, if they can't be made in the USA - then its nice atleast that they aren't made in China, as per most everything these days. If your child loves diggers and other equipment, highly consider Bruder products, they are very high quality and worth the extra price. It's a shame there aren't many American toy companies left that could make great product like this.

My son loves construction vehicles! He has lots of excavators and dump trucks and front loaders but lately he’s been obsessing on skid steers. Glad Bruder makes them! Also, I was thrilled when I saw that this particular model has 2 additional unique attachments! I was looking for more attachments and I found out that you can order replacement parts on the Bruder website so I’m planning to get the winch and forks! The skid steer is all plastic but it’s well built. Let’s see how well this toy will take my toddlers rough play 😂

My 1.5 year old is OBSESSED with skid steers. He has not put this down the 4 days straight since it arrived at my house. He discovered that the bucket comes off and he was really upset for a while because he couldn't get it back on, but he is very determined and learned how. Now he is even more happy & proud that he can take it off and put it back on. This toy is really good quality though, I am very happy with this purchase!
