PET TREAT LAUNCHER

I am a dog walker so thought this would be a nifty gadget for treat searches with my dogs. It is meant to work by filling the clear ball with treats, pulling down a slider to load and then pressing a trigger to fire the treat.Sadly, my one doesn't work, the slider doesn't catch so you can't load it ready to press the trigger. Even if it did work, the packaging claims it can fire a treat up to 10 feet, but it barely managed that just using the slider to fire. When it said launcher, I expected it to go quite far, but I can throw much further than this can fire which is disappointing as nothing about distance was mentioned on the listing. You have to have certain size and texture treats as soft ones stick and don't load properly, and anything too big won't fire. I could only get it to fire single treats. Wasn't expecting a lot for a fiver, but I spent two minutes in the garden with it and it has gone into the bin.

Not ideal, if you have limited strength in yours hands

Feels well built though it does make a loud noise which could scare some pets.
