dont know what the issue is but now a days packaging of especially household items on Amazon is very bad. this one was no different.the glasses itself were not sturdy enough. wont order again

Not recommended.Very thin paper used. It can't be hold in hand with any liquid. Can't be used for tea/coffee or even way.You have to take two units together for using it for tea/coffee/water.

Good cups for the price they're wax coated from inside so might not be good if someone plans to use it everyday. My use is limited to guests so once in a while isn't harmful.

Good item to serve the purpose well. Little more thicker rib would have been better
