Olide Electric Chain Window Opener Automatic Window openers and Closers

This product is great. I installed 2 units (which are able to be controlled by the same remote handset). The units can be opened & closed fully or partially using either the wall mounted receiver or the supplied handset, they can also be locked into position using the handset. I've had mine for months now and it was a real godsend during the summer. I did have an issue with one of the window motor units but I contacted their European helpdesk, ( Stella Zhang) whom I can't praise highly enough, she helped me throughout and kept me updated. She arranged a new replacement to be sent out via Fedex , which arrived in less than 10 days, all at the company's expense. I was a bit hesitant initially to order from China but they were fantastic and I can't recommend them highly enough. A really great company with a super product.
