2021 Genuine Military MRE Meals Ready to Eat with Inspection Date 2021 or Newer (Chicken Noodle)

I actually liked it --

First, bought this because I hadn't had one since about 1990, and I was beginning to forget. Package arrived quickly. Ate it while my family slept so they wouldn't judge me. Had to watch a YouTube video because my dad never let us use the heating element. While waiting for the heat to process, had fun with the crackers and pb& the best ruddy apple jelly. I don't even like PB, but I forgot how good it tastes on the blandest crackers in the world. Made a big mess with crumbs and dropped bits of PB&j all over the counter, just like I was still 9 years old. It was awesome. After the entree heated, I opened it up and got a few bites. It seemed kinda bland (not bad, just no spice), so I tossed in that hot sauce that came with it. Holy! I didn't need to know how to use the heating element. I could have just added the hot sauce! It was beautiful. There I was, sweating and thoroughly enjoying my fruit punch drink. I had a great time playing with the condiments and the applesauce got rid of the last of the heat. Overall, wonderful experience for this Army Brat. Thanks for the memories 😊

We would eat them if absolutely necessary. We got them to try to see how we would like them and make sure we know how to use them should we ever need to. (Never know in this day and age)
