I caught my my puppy pee on my coach 😅😅😅frist time using camera like this! I have too say, it’s so fun.The camera itself dose its job well, but a little bit of difficulty for me to install and connect to my phone, be to got a new iPhone, and I did know how to do with it. So I had my boyfriend helped me. He took like less then 15 minutes.I love being able to watch my Yorkie, I work too much. And I’m very concerned that if he’s okay with my dg sitter. And also it’s fun too watch him doing bad things. Like pee on the carpet my sofa.....!!!!

Wanted to return it because I could not get it to work. Called customer service and they were very helpful. Got it working quickly and I love it. I can watch, hear and talk to my babies when I am away from home.

The shipping took more time than expected. But once I received it I was happy to try it. It took me some time to get it set up and called the customer service and they directed the call to a voice mail. I emailed the vendor and he answered promptly encouraging me to read the instructions again and follow the set up. Camera and audio are great. My fur babies like it. The camera doesn’t rotate but it’s ok. Maybe later I’ll try putting it in the floor.

I was really worried this product would be Chinesium crap. However, it is very solidly constructed and worked flawlessly right out of the box. The response time between you using the microphone and the product speaking is near instant (a big concern with some of the other competitor products), and the treats dispense right away. The microphone is great, you can hear your dog answer your calls. The app is a tiny bit low tech, but expertly accomplishes everything it needs to. 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered this product so we can check on our cat when we are away traveling. The setup seemed to be easy enough; however, as I was going through the process, my phone and the dispenser couldn't communicate when it was time to scan the QR Code. (Also tried with my daughter's iPhone thinking maybe it was an issue with my Android.) I read where others had also had this same issue, so I called Customer Service. I sat on hold for a while (everything is automated), and then I was transferred to someone's voicemail. I left a message, but never received a return call. I returned it to Amazon and got a full refund. Don't waste your time ordering this product. Just spend $40-$50 extra dollars and get a product you know will work!

Nice design. Good video. Only worked every other time you access the app. Then it freezes constantly. Video also freezes. Speaker audio is not loud. Sending it back due to bad app and video freezes. Fyi wifi rouer was only 2 meters away. Booklet says max distance 10m so should have worked fine.

Welp, it probably would've been disappointing anyways...

QR code was very painful to use. Good picture quality and range. Treat dispenser worked. But when I tried to switch it to another WiFi wouldn’t work.
