Product is very good, Delivery agent opens the box in front of me and checked for any damages, as it was brand new it was in perfect condition it has ample storage very easy to set up the pin, made up of hard steel fits my wardrobe well and looks very good very sturdy and strong I would recommend this product from my end.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT — Extremely Disappointing Quality & Terrible Customer Service Very poor quality. Stay away from this product. I requested a replacement because the first locker I received was damaged. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived damaged AGAIN. At this point, it is completely unacceptable. I called Amazon customer service and was kept on hold for around 20 minutes, only to be told that a “special team” would speak to me. A person named Akshay then came on the call and bluntly claimed that the product had been opened and shown to us before delivery, and that they had photographs to prove it. I asked them to share those photographs with me. Their response was that the photographs are not meant to be shared with the customer.i have a camera on my door I can prove it . So, essentially, I am being asked to accept their version of events while being denied access to the evidence they claim proves it. How is that fair to a customer? What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the representative. Instead of genuinely trying to resolve the issue, he was extremely rude and eventually disconnected the call. I have been an Amazon customer for years, and honestly, I did not expect this kind of experience. Sending a damaged product twice and then treating the customer as if they are responsible is simply unacceptable. Terrible product quality. Terrible experience. Extremely disappointing customer service. DO NOT BUY THIS LOCKER. Save yourself the trouble, frustration and wasted time.

Received the product in open box delivery but the delivery agent just opened the box but not the locker safe. Tried hard to open it for the first time due to wrong instructions on the Manual and on the sticker attached on the box. To open the safe properly we should first turn the lock counterclockwise and then turn the knob clockwise. Not simultaneously.

Defective design for electronic unlocking mechanism. Flimsy key head. Not very great product. Product support is inaccessible. Better not to buy.

Coffre-fort correspondant parfaitement à mes attentes. Il semble bien robuste et paraît vouloir resister à de nombreuses tentatives d'ouverture forcée. Cependant une petite critique : les écrous et vis fournis pour fixer ce coffre au sol ou à un mur ne sont pas du tout adaptés. Il a fallu simplement pratiquer un scellement chimique pour obtenir satisfaction. C'est un produit que je recommande pour protéger les valeurs de famille.

Needed to buy a cabinet safe and looked on Amazon. I found this Amazon Basics steel safe and at £100 thought it looked like a great entry level safe. Took the risk of purchasing and since it arrived I have not had any issues. Everything was in the box, nothing missing, no damage to safe either. The electronic keypanel for setting up a code (3 to 8 digits) was extremely easy to follow. Also the two safe keys supplied worked fine. They are initially a little tight to push in but if you're gentle enough shouldn't have any problems gaining access to the safe if the batteries for the electronic side are exhausted. The only downside I found is that the electronics of the keypanel entry does protrude into the safe space which means you can't place items too far forward towards the safe door as the keypanel housing pushes on to your stored items. However I can live with that. For the price it is value for money and a wonderful entry level safe. Of course burglars could steal it if not secured to wall or floor, they could carry it away, even though it is heavy. For me just nice to have that extra layer of security on items that need protecting.
