Cardinal Performer 3-Ring Binder, 4", Locking Slant-D Rings, 890-Sheet Capacity, ClearVue Presentation Binder, Nonstick, PVC-Free, White (19050)

I really want LOCKING binders, and have NOT been able to find them!! And it is hard to tell, from images, what the internal mechanisms really look like.

Q & A states that this binder can hold up to 800 papers and I am here to state that this binder can hold double that!!! I bought this binder for an ala carte edition text book that I purchased that was 794 pages. I worried this might be too small according to the Q&A. Boy was I surprised when I could fit two of my text books into this binder and still have room to flip the pages. This binder is HUGE and durable and easy on the bank account, what more can a girl ask for?

I bought two binders.1. The rings on the one were't perfectly straight so I had to bend them otherwise the paper would jam when trying to turn the pages.2. The paper gets caught on the pink/red covers when on the curved portion of the ring.3. The rings are tight where the two halves connect and paper gets caught there easily. They also don't always line up correctly.The binder does its job I guess, but it's not high quality by any means.

Purchased this for my daughter starting middle school. Her school supply list included a 4" - 3 ring binder. I originally got one at Staples, but one of the rings didn't clamp tightly when we got it home. I knew it would be a mess once it was full and traveling in her backpack. I read the reviews and chose this one. So far, after getting the insane amount of notebooks, page dividers, planner, and pencil pouch inside, it seems to do the job. Hopefully I feel the same in 3 months.

I purchased this for my daughter in middle school. Fourth week in and the rings aren't matching. Fifth wee in the red pull down to open rings came off completely. Well, it was extremely loose and I tried to fix it but it came right off. So it made me question durability. Oh well, I wish it lasted longer. I mean the school year doesn't end until June and its just not October. So I guess I can add that it is good for light work but not for putting a lot of materials in and for student use where you are constantly needing to open and close.

I had ordered one of these before and the item itself is great. However this one came dirty with some substance on it that almost looks like jam. I can probably clean it up myself and will likely need to as we are in the process of moving and I can't get deliveries after tomorrow until we're in outlr new home.

I bought 2 of these for my daughters to use in their pre-algebra class. These binders are very sturdy and have held up extremely well to a lot of wear and tear. I would highly recommend this binder.
