My very first time attempting to cook an authentic Paella. After a deep research of the type of Paella Pans out there i went for the stainless steel style. Not only this is gorgeously made, but the quality was excellent. It did distribute the heat evenly, was very easy to handle, and the best of all the cleaning was a breeze. Since 16” was too big for a stove cook top, i used my grill and it fit perfectly. The result was a delicious Paella and the presentation of this pan was gorgeous. Now i want to get a bigger one because more friends and family wanna be invited. I will stick with this brand Garcima and plan to get a 22” for a larger gathering and a 10” for a small 2-3 people meal. You won’t go wrong with this amazing Paella pan. The paella pan arrived on schedule and with no defects or damages. The pan was as described in terms of size and construction. We've used the pan several times and we've had no issues. For serving it looks good and cleanup was a snap. Again, excellent product.

I bought all sizes of Garcima stainless steels paella pans and they are very fine and traditional cooking tools. But be mindful that large paella pans (above 20”) will bend a bit giving its size. That happens because the bottom cannot be reinforced and it will interfere in the overall heat distribution. No big deal, as I’ve done many paellas (including a 34”) and this seems to be a norm. Other then that, be happy.

We have used our new paella pan twice for its designated purpose...paella....on our gas-burner stove top. First time we didn't have quite enough heat and had to figure out which burners (we used 2 simultaneously) would work best for even heat distribution at the correct surface temperature. Second time we nailed it. But what's been great is that we have also used it recently as the serving dish for a massive (take home) seafood feast from a nearby restaurant featuring a large serving of cajun-style dungeness crab, crawfish, shrimp, and mussels in a fantastic cooking sauce. The paella dish was ideal!

a great gift for a good friend. I like this pan, it is much nicer than most paella pans I found. It is sturdy so it will work great on the grill burner. I actually bought this as a gift for a friend and he loved it! I also bought the lid that goes with it and I would not recommend the lid at all. It is cheaply made and my friend uses one of his regular lids with the pan.

Very happy with this purchase. I use it out on my grill. Be sure to measure your grill depth so you don't buy one too large. And the Paella recipe that comes with it is wonderful. This pan is worth the money. There are cheaper pans out there but for a once in a lifetime purchase get this one. The pic is seafood paella that I made on the grill at my parent house.

The pan is beutiful, I did my paella on a gas grill and the heat was not heating well enough I had to close the BBQ lead for more heat. At the end it cook through and it was really good! The cleaning was easy, I used bar keepers soap and it was like new, however the gold handle lost its gold color, other than that is a beatiful pan.

Loved it! This particular model is not made for glass electric stove top. So I made the paella in my cast iron pan, then put in all the cooked ingredients in the Paella pan and put it in the oven at about 200F for 10 minutes. The ensemble came out nice and hot and looked great. Made chicken paella as the included recipe. Delicious!

Buen material y buen acabado

Will probably last a lifetime. Handles are heavy duty but gold in colour. They really stand out. It also doubles as a cover for my Solo Stove Bonfire.
