This is not a very adjustable belt. Once I got it one I realized it was way too big. If you are a size zero, this will NOT work for you. I think a size 4 person may love this though

This was VERY difficult for me to figure out. I wish it came with directions- but once I figured it out, it was great. It did exactly what I wanted it to!
