These bags are definitely a must have for anyone, whom likes to decorate their baked goods. I've been trying my hand at cake decorating since September 2018 and I've already experienced the cheap bag blow-out. There's nothing more frustrating than needing to use a thick icing, giving the bag a good squeeze to start that perfect rose and suddenly there's more icing on your shoes and hand, than there is on the entire cake! I live in hot and humid northeast Texas and if my icing isn't thick, my flowers wilt, my ribbons sag and my lace leaks. These bags are perfect for all I've demanded of them. I've yet to have a single piping bag rip, since my purchase. These bags can definitely handle what you dish out.They're tough AND incredibly inexpensive.I'd never heard of piping bag ties, but I don't know how I've ever lived without them. They keep my icing from spilling out, when a bag inevitably spills over and they keep the icing moist when I oremake several bags.I didn't need the couplers or the piping tips, but who cares? Maybe I'll take everything I don't need, bag it prettily and gift it to a friend.Definitely get these bags if you have the clumsy issues I have. You won't regret it!

Update: the 1st few bags were great but I've had quite a few bags split open while using them. I will just have to find another use for them. I no longer recommend these bags.These bags are very sturdy. I love how thick they are and the fact that I've never had a problem with them splitting while piping. I would definitely recommend them.

Beware that you only receive what is in the initial package info that the pictures showing the bags with the tips being used on the ends is misleading. Just leads to something else you will have to buy later on.

I did not use these bags for cake decorating but for Easter treats for my grandchildren's classes at school. We filled them with orange cheese balls and tied with 2 green pipe cleaners (which I curled) making them look like carrots. Grandkids had fun doing this and they turned out so cute. Sure was a classroom hit! The bags were nice and sturdy,

I've gone through about 15 of them trying to find one that doesn't burst at the seams. I am throwing the rest in the garbage and will just try another brand. Complete waste of money.

I like the product very easy to use for making candle molds. And for the first time using the silicone ties
