Penn Ultra-Blue Racquetball (3 Ball Can)

These are good quality racquet balls. I've always preferred the blue ones. They are a good size for. Pockets. Nice sound and bounce. I bought these for my kids as high bounce balls.

One of the only things my dogs can't seem to demolish!

For the last ten or so years I've had a nice little blue ball that has been used as an indoor fetch toy for dogs, currently an australian shepherd cross. A few weeks ago the seam fusing the two half of the ball finally failed. I was disappointed by this, had no idea where I originally got the ball, or where I'd find a similar ball to replace it. The ball had a very lively bounce, and was light enough to not damage things like windows or lamp shades it might bounce off. I was wondering if perhaps some super-glue would work to repair the seam, and on close inspection saw the small letters AMF Voit impressed on the ball. A quick search by Google revealed that what I had was a racquet ball, a readily available product, turned to Amazon and selected one of their offerings, a three-pack. It arrived within two days, and my dog found the replacement ball to be every bit as good as the original. It performs as the original did, perhaps just a bit more lively bounce. The one strange behavior of the new ball is that it quickly gets covered by dog hair picked up from the carpet (currently that time of year when an Aussie "blows its coat"). In the years that I had the original ball, I never noticed it picking up any hair from the carpet. This is not really a problem, can't see dropping the rating of the product. Not a characteristic that would ever be encountered with the product's intended purpose.

The can was wayyyy too small and the racquetballs don't bounce that high. I would get Wilson's or heads racquetballs.
