Truly a life saver!!!
I was so upset when one of my Blink cameras just stopped working out of the blue. Unfortunately, I was going through a lot of health issues with my family and I became so busy that I forgot about the insurance. Thank God it was still active and I was able to submit a claim. Asurion made it very easy to file the claim and they wasted no time contacting me about it. Long story short, I was able to replace my camera and secure my home on all sides.

Simple and quick way to protect purchase
I purchased the 3 year electronics insurance coverage thinking I may never need it. However, a little over a year later my security cameras went haywire. Not knowing my exact purchase date, I accessed my order information on Amazon and linked quickly to the dedicated Asurion/Amazon claim form. It took me less than half an hour to complete the form, print it and box up the items. Asurion even provides a UPS mailing label! Within 4 days of dropping the package off, I received an email stating that my package had been received and the items were being processed and checked out. The next day I received an email explaining the system couldn’t be repaired, and I would be issued an Amazon credit for the total purchase price. I received the email from Asurion the next morning and used the information given to link the credit to my Amazon account. I’ve already ordered new cameras which should be here day after tomorrow. Wow! 8 days total. That is amazing. I’m so happy that I bought the Asurion protection!

Time involved in replacement
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The manufacturer Li Time and Tanya( OSC department were instrumental in a painless replacement item process. The replacement arrived on an unexpected expedited next day Fed Ex delivery 2 days after the return of the defective item. This is the first time ever in my lifetime an item was replaced by purchased insurance. Typically I have always gotten such a runaround from the manufacturer Ibget frustrated and stop the process.

It work when you need it.
I never thought I will need to buy one of this protections but for one reason I did. After 2 years with my dashcam Vantrue E3 it broker. So I did the claim and in less than 1 week I got back the full refund (not the original cost, but the current cost of the same model new) which I think is fair. I will never buy again without protection first because I prove it it works and second it saved me for 33 USD to pay again more than 300 USD for a new dash cam. Buy this every time, your welcome in advance.

Code is ineligible!
I received an email notification on Nov. 14 stating my claim was refunded $229. On Nov 17 I tried to add the gift card to my account and was informed my gift card code wa ineligible. Upon calling I was told it sometimes takes 48-72 hours to be eligible. 3 days/72 hours. I was asked to please call back. ???? After 4 days the gift $? and through! Good job. TAT could improve.

Would not replace item, I spent more money to end up buying my own replacement
I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience with Asurion. I got conflicting information from multiple Asurion employees, and should have tried going through the manufacturer rather than sending my product back to them. I paid for the 3 year protection and it benefited me in no way. I wanted a replacement for a product that broke in less than a year, and I was told by Asurion that I could not get a replacement since it would cost THEM more money, so they sent me a gift card for the original listed price; They didn't reimburse me for taxes, shipping, or the protection plan. Now if I want to buy the SAME EXACT PRODUCT, I have to spend $40 more than I original paid since taxes, shipping, and the price of the product went up. Additionally, If I even wanted to cover THE SAME EXACT PRODUCT with their protection plan, I would have to pay AGAIN for it, meaning I would spend a total of $70 extra for a replacement. I assumed using their protection plan would send a replacement for a product they are covering or at least the total cost of buying a replacement. There was no point in getting their coverage since it ended up losing me money.
