Value for money, this fixture can't be beat. It looks great and casts enough light to easily light up my 12 x 10 office. As others have indicated, it's very dark grey when the light is off and medium grey when the light is on. The diffuser is plastic (not glass), but visually it makes no difference and clearly plastic weighs a lot less than glass. There is a seam on one side of the grey material that is quite visible when the light is illuminated, so I just oriented that away from the entrance to the room and no one sees it. No one is looking up at the light anyway.If you've hung a fixture before, you won't have trouble hanging this one either, but it does take a little 'futzing' to stuff the wires into the ceiling while holding it. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

This was a really pretty quality light fixture. The color was beautiful but it was not what I was looking for so I did send it back. It was much darker than it appeared and I was looking for more of a silver gray. Definitely would recommend this product but just be aware that it is very dark gray.

Installation instructions aren't very detailed, but I was able to work out how everything should be connected and in what order with only a little difficulty. Installed light looks great in my room! Be sure to wipe off the plastic shade before installing (if using) - it's kind of a pain to get it back out once the light is hanging, and any debris or dust on the shade will be very visible when you turn the light on.

Light fixture is tricky to install, but worthwhile in the end. Be aware, the grounding screw is not included in box. Light reflects very nice on ceiling for indirect lighting. Diffuser is perfect, it lets light through but you don't see the bulbs, even when the light is on.

Ordered 2 of these for my foyer Bigger than I thought they were going to be but its the perfect size Came with white gloves to hang the shade without getting it dirty. Took my husband 5 minutes to hang up Very easy

Not easy to install. In fact we had to “make it work” with the lights over the shade. It didn’t make sense. No clear directions. The wires lost there labels as they were threaded. It looked ok up.. but we took it down and went with something else. Wouldn’t recommend.

Just had my kitchen remodeled and my wife and I looked at 100’s of light fixtures but she saw this stylish drum light and it matched the color scheme perfectly. It was so easy to install and the price was perfect!!

From the top to the bottom it feels cheap and looks cheap. We initially planned to install it on one of our main bedrooms but decided to use it on the basement ceiling. No way close to a bedroom quality.
