Hello Stacey , I apologize but I am not a customer service representative and have no ability to rectify any service issues. I will however state my opinion based on my own personal experience. I bought this product for myself and it was not damaged . Out of the four (red, blue, orange and gold) cigar replica shaped tubes of cologne, the gold and red labeled ones are my favorite - especially the gold. The price cannot be beat for all four at $11.25 n which I paid. I suggest making your decision on the reviews; the amount of top rated reviews versus the lower rated reviews. Wish I could have been of more assistance . Good Luck . RIN
