Xanthan Gum 2 lb (32 Ounce) Packed in the USA, by Hayllo, Gluten-Free

Seems to have much more thickening power compared to the very well known brand I usually buy. Definitely will be a learning curve in switching to this product, as it doesn't dissolve as easily as other xanthum gums I've used.For the price, I'm very satisfied. I have enough to last for years - just hope it stays fresh.

I ordered this as an ingredient to create a non-medical lubricant. Together with some other products, it worked flawlessly. It removed the stringiness of the other powder (j-lube) and blended well with clove oil. The bag was well-sealed and packaged.

I use this to replace eggs in baking. It also work for thickening sauces and gravies

Package was broken open when arrived. Most was still in bag, so just re-bagged item. Seems to work great, no issues cooking with item. Lack of response is main reason for low score.
