Sidekick 3 Sharp Hiptop 3 ,DUMMY Display Toy Cell Phone, Slides open, Good for Display, or for Kids to Play, looks & feels as the real phone

My mother had this phone for three years and passed it down to me, and I had it for another two and a half.This phone can go through a war or two.The keyboard is the greatest keyboard I have ever seen on a phone. They keys are hard plastic and have a nice click-feel so you know you pressed they key or not. And it's nice and spacious for large thumbs.The battery was outstanding. I could text a lot and spend an hour on the phone per day, and it could last three or four days.The downside, Tmobile stopped data services on the older Sidekicks.If you're a talk-and-text person like me, this phone is perfect for you.If you want a fancy phone with internet and apps and YouTube, this phone is NOT for you. Invest in an iPhone or a different fancy phone.

When I was growing up if I were to be caught playing with the telephone, it was instant trouble!I have three "real" sidekick phones. I wanted to add this model to the collection but realized I didn't need another cell phone, at least not another with working guts and stuff. I also couldn't find a Hiptop 3 on Amazon and am too lazy to search elsewhere.Compared to the real phones, this dummy sidekick is really close. The casing is similar but the casting lines are not the same. And as expected none of the covers or panels are removable. The display does swivel and the buttons and keyboard have the correct tactile feedback, but the phone is obviously not the real thing.Compared as if you had never seen a Sidekick, it's actually quite good! Toy phone it is!Oh, who is "Dwade" ?
