Q: can you use this with stencils on fabric? planning to make some stenciled tea towels as xmas gifts...

I have only used this with paper, so really can't say. But, it works great with paper and I would think it would work on fabric. Hope someone else can be more helpful :-)

Q: Can this be used to help adhere a vinyl stencil to a slightly uneven surface?

I am not sure but anytime you adhere to something that isn't smooth you run the risk of the paint going underneath and not getting a clean line.

Q: About how many projects will this can cover?

The container size is the size of a medium size hair spray can. I can not tell you how many projects , because of size of your projects . On cards and 12x12 scrapbook pages, I am happy to say the product does alot.

Q: Will this be ok to use on a stained wood project?

It should be ok. You apply a light spray onto the stencil, then let it dry for a minute. Then you press the stencil to the project you’re working on. Your stencil should only be lightly tacky, allowing the stencil to be repositionable. You won’t be spraying it onto the stained wood surface, only onto the stencil.
