Failed inspection due to pen not marking
Inspector didn’t like seeing that it wasn’t a smooth line. What a pain to have this happen

Description is not what you get. Supposed to be a two pack!!
Ordered this Supco CRPEN Replacement Black Pen for Chart Recorder, 2/pk. Only received one. Asked for exchange for the two pack with intent on returning the single. Supco sent out another single pack but still wants the other single back. What exactly don't you understand that this should have been two in a pack??? Send me a two pack OR cancel the exchange return with no additional charge. Please advise ASAP.UPDATE: 11/28/22 I've now been charged for four of these pen refills when I ordered a two pack but only received one. Clearly this company has no clue as to what they're doing and Amazon are a bunch of sheep that can't figure it out!!

It was supposed to be a 2 pack and there was only one pen in the package
These were for temperature recorders and there was only one in the package and there was supposed to be 2 so I was shorted one pen and now because this is instrumental to my laboratory I have to order another set. Ver disappointed.

False Product Description
Description states 2/pk. Received 1/pk. When looking to return product, I would have been out more money by returning than by just keeping it. Do not buy unless you know you may/will get 1/pk and not 2/pk
