Great customer service
Right after my refund window closed the drawers fell apart.. the casters fallout from under the slides I tried to close it back so now I’m stuck with a open drawers and tools that have to sit on top of it up date the whole right side of box is sliding apart on every drawer I would like a refundUpdate the worked with me to try to fix it but the labor was to much they were willing to compensate me for repairs but I did not have the tools to complete the repairs so they issued me a refund and told me to keep the box

You get what you pay for.
Got this for my husband because he has so many tools. Wanted a sturdy tool organizer for him. Overall, not bad. The dimensions the tool organizer and smoothness of drawers sliding in and out are great. However, the structure of it is super flimsy. So don't throw a heavy tool on it or it will leave a dent.**UPDATE**I have to say, the customer service is not too shabby. The seller reached out to see what could be done for my satisfaction due to the quality of the product. So that is a plus!

Falling Apart
Installed this in one area, never to be moved. 3 drawers as of yesterday have fallen apart. Ball bearings gone. Have had this only 5 months with minimal usage. Bad product. Will be in the trash when I can afford a better setup. added 9-21-19- I should get money back on this toolbox
