This Diabetic Alert patch is very nice. However, you will need some velcro hook & loop to attach it to the dog vest or sew it on. It did not come with any. Shipping was $4.00 The patch is well made.

I have ordered many things from Creative Clam regarding my Type 1 Diabetes. Their products are cheap & GREAT quality. This patch is NOT velcro so don't expect that its going to stick without doing some kind of work. In the picture i have it just attached with a safety pin but i plan on sewing it to the vest eventually to ensure that it does not come off by accident.

The patch is a nice looking patch. I have not seen the dog get in the water with it to test how durable it is, so far it looks good. It is not embroidered letters, the letters are printed and covered with a clear coating. It will meet my needs.

Just attached to my dog's backpack. It is easy to see for people who might not pay attention to the other numberous signs not to distract Percy.

It's a patch, so what you see is what you get. But it's durable and states what it is supposed to state, plus I like the look of it very much. I got it very fast and was able to sew it on to my dog's service vest without any problems.

My Dog ( Candi ) yes that is how it is spelled short for Candice yes she is a female a 8pound Chihuahua and yes she does alert me when my blood sugar drops too low or gets to high with this patch on her coat I can take with me where I go!
