Package arrived as expected. Very easy to assemble. It had a partial charge for me to try out first before fully charging. I used it on and off while cleaning for 4 hrs. today and it still had a 30% charge on it. It only took a little over an hour for another full charge. I used the duster/buffer around my base boards on hardwood in living room, worked nice for cleaning tile floor and grout in kitchen. It also cleans nice under base of kitchen cabinets and my tile shower. The power seems enough even on the low setting. So far very pleased and wish I would have had one years ago, as my back is not the best.

The only thing I dislike about this unit is it is does not come with a head that is the right size to be used to dust the kickplates at the bottom of kitchen cabinets and it can be hard to control on the upper setting. Otherwise I really like this unit. I use it frequently to dust baseboards, door frames, cabinet doors and wood paneling. I have an older home and this tool helps me dust my baseboards and I have a lot of them. I just spray the polish or oil on the green chenille heads angle the head and walk along to dust my wood. I used to have to bend over or sit on the floor to do this backbreaking process. It also has a small pointed brush head which is great for cleaning the dusty grooves at the bottom of the baseboards and the bottom of door frames where they meet the floor and floor corners. I generally do this step prior to dusting. I have not used this unit for much else as its motor gets plenty of use just doing these tasks. I would also be nice if you could get replacement heads for a reasonable price for this unit. It is worth the price of the unit just for the tasks listed.

Unpacks easily, easy to understand how everything sets up and works. Plugged this in, charged it overnight, sprayed the surfaces of what I was going to work on with a foaming cleanser, then scrubbed the bathroom shower/tub, floor, sink, and commode in less than 10 minutes. Rinsed, sanitized, and set the brush head on the sink to dry- then put it all on the wire rack in a jiffy. The mop itself looks modern and slick enough to be left in the bathroom all the time. The flat disc brush does not easily sit in the wire rack, you have to put it in cockeyed and it still slips out- a minor inconvenience. Wish I'd got one of these years ago.

I like the product since it has more power to get my tile grout clean and thats why I bought for to get my tile grout cleaner. There aren't many products that will clean my unsealed grout unless I get on my hands and knees! I am unable to get on my hands and knees anymore.I was having a problem getting the small rounded brush off to change the brush, but I figured it out! You have to push down on the brush while turning it to unlock then it will come off! Love it!

The first time I used this it worked well. The next time I used it, it did not keep a charge. I made sure it was plugged in well and tried again. It never worked. My husband tried as well as said it needed to be thrown out. This was terribly expensive and I am very disappointed.

the product is build sturdy has got some power to it and lasts a good amount of time however i found it very difficult to handle it almost wants to jump out of your hands and do it's own thing or go its own way so you have to struggle to keep it in the right place so not sure which is the lesser evil doing it yourelsf or use the brush . I have used it on the walls so far I am also going to try to use it on the floor may be the gravity will help to keep it down if it doesn't i will probably have to return it unfortunately it's a great idea just needs some refining.

I have only used this once and it did a really good job. I deducted on star for deep cleaning because it did struggle just a little bit when I had to apply pressure, however, most of the time pressure was not necessary as it did the work for me. Too me it was worth the expense. It is far superior to similar products (I have tried many).

4 starts just because to clean grout, you still have to push down, since it is light weight, which is also ideal for other duties. So, I understand, sometimes, one cannot have both worlds. Although, the handle has a decent length, I wish it was a little longer, it is too precise for me being 5'3", so when scrubbing grout, you have to bend a little.
