This is the best tasting keto shake I've tried. I'm very sensitive to the tastes of most artificial sweeteners; sucralose, aspartame, etc all taste absolutely horrible to mean and ruin anything they're added to. But I get none of that from this shake. It's just pure delicious flavor all the way. The company's other two flavors are also fantastic, but this one is the best.That said, I don't mix it with water and don't recommend doing so. It's okay, but my preferred way of doing this shake is 4 FL Oz Heavy Cream, 12 FL Oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk and 1 scoop keto feed in the blender. The salted caramel goes great with two strawberries. All three make great homemade coffee creamers.My coffee recipe:20-ish Oz fresh ground coffee, French press2 Oz heavy cream6 Oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk1 tbsp mct oil2 shakes ground turmeric1 tbsp unsalted butter (do not sub margarine)1/4 scoop keto feedI hope this company keeps putting out new flavors. They taste spot on like what they're advertised to.

Taste: amazing. Mixes easily with water. Doesn’t clump. Contains NO sugar. Makes me feel great and keeps me full.My local grocery store (H.E.B) stopped carrying this, which made me sad so I had to write a review. Please don’t discontinue this product!

This was a great protein while on a keto diet. It helped shape my cravings, and blended pretty nicely. The flavor was not the best, but it got the job done.

I have now had three of the flavors of this product and they are all excellent. The best Keto flavored drink powder that I have found after many years on Keto. This time it is the Creamy Butter Pecan. Great tasting as is, but I always add extra pecans and coconut flakes to make the shake more filling (I do the same for all Keto shake products except usually add walnuts). I will continue to be a customer of this great product!

This is definitely not my favorite If you use the full scoop it is kind of chemically taste. But because I paid for it and I want to use it I have been using half a scoop mixed with one of the protein powders that are really do like and in the background it adds amazing flavor I just think it's a little too overpowering for the full scoop.

I tried it plain with water 3rd try each time my blood sugar spike over 220. Must have hidden sugar/carbsI was so excited to try and loved all the flavors offered. Taste fabulous even in water, concerned about blood sugar.Update!!!!Plastic piece all through powder. I noticed it first time but thought I drop plastic in when I unscreed it. I refer it and confined to used later while get ready to swallow I felt something in the back of mouth. It was a large piece of plastic almost swallowed.😶

I COULD EAT THIS POWDER BY THE SPOONFULS - IT'S THAT DELICIOUS. I HAVEN'T TRIED IT IN A SHAKE YET - I AM A WEEKDAY KETO DIETER (WEEKENDS ARE MY CHEAT DAYS - DON'T JUDGE ME, I STILL LOOSE 4LBS A WEEK) AND I USE THIS AS COFFEE CREAMER - YUM!! IT TASTE EXACTLY LIKE BUTTER PECAN. THE ONLY SLIGHT THING I AM NOT OVERLY JOYED WITH IS IT MAKES YOUR COFFEE REAL FROTHY (I DO THE BUTTER, MCT OIL SO I HAVE TO USE THE MAGIC BULLET TO MIX). REGARDLESS IT'S SO DAMN GOOD AND WILL FOR SURE BUY AGAIN.

I've been on a diet for 3 weeks and this drink does the job of replacing a meal and fending off the hunger. I've been having a lot of issues with being overweight and this has been a great help. I'm 66, a diabetic, and down 16 lbs but the amazing fact is my glucose levels have dropped by 30 points. My Dr is happy and took me off of a few pills.
