I thought adult cats were lactose intolerant, so how come milk products included?

Yes milk - lactose should not be given to cats as it causes upset tummy / Diarrhea - although cats will still drink milk. So that’s why the Webbox product is only designed as a treat and should not be a food substitute. So I only give to my cat one sachet every few days. If in any doubt talk to your vet.
