This product is amazing I work for Amazon at one of their fulfillment centers and I open and move product that is heavy and it's really hard on my wrists. After a year or so I have developed carpal tunnel in both my wrists. With time the problem became more and more severe along with the pain I would lose all feeling in my fingers and hands eventually got to the point where I lost the use of my hands for good half hour to an hour in the morning couldn't lift or grasp a simple thing like an empty bottle of water. That is when I decided to see if I can find a product that will help me. I purchased these and I receive them within a day and it was the best decision I have ever made it was a simple fix and I could feel a big as soon as I put them on. The pain subsided dramatically and within two days of using them during my shift I no longer felt my hands going numb during the night and in the morning no longer felt the stabbing pain between my fingers no longer lost any sensation in my hands. I recommend this to anybody who is experiencing the onset of carpal tunnel or is already dealing with it on the severe level. they're very comfortable very lightweight I wear them on both my wrists underneath the gloves and it doesn't feel uncomfortable to move and perform the tasks I need to do many times I don't even know I'm wearing them as if they were not on my hands. I recommend this to anybody who is feeling experiencing the onset carpal tunnel or has been dealing with carpal tunnel pain on the severe level. I also believe that not only doing does it help with the pain but it also is healing the current damage my both my wrists so . I purchased this because I get a lot of wrist fatigue from crafting (especially crocheting). I am very athletic and had surgery to remove a ganglion cyst in the past on the wrist of my writing hand. Then this isn't for you.My hands are large and muscular. My wrists are size small, almost extra-small. As I call that combination, "bread loaves on toothpicks."Having just had CT surgery, and with my other wrist showing clear signs of getting there, and being in the construction biz where my hands are Tool Number One, I was looking for something I could wear all day without getting in the way. Minimal size was critical. So I shopped by size according to my toothpick wrists. That was the wrong way to go- I should have been shopping by hand size.The thumb hole is just barely big enough to squeeze through comfortably. Yes, it fits, but only technically. It's a fairly tight squeeze, which is no bueno for wearing all day. After a few hours my thumb area is hurting.Ignoring the sizing issues, it's a really good brace. Super adjustable: one can place it in just the right position by how it's wrapped, and the firmness is adjustable by how tightly it's secured. Definitely works on both wrists well, and done so very easily (do not try to wrap it the same way for both hands) -- I switch wrists throughout the day as the discomfort from the too-small thumb hole overcomes my tolerance. Very good finishing (edging and stitching). I haven't had it long enough to weigh in on the velcro issue others described, but I'm keeping in mind that velcro is a consumable and is expected to wear out over time (and faster if that time is daily).Quality for the price? About an 8 out of 10.Comfort? If it weren't for my size hands, probably an 8 out of 10; but for me, a 5 out of 10.Size? Probably made for the average person, not for me. So my experience is a 4 out of 10.Recommend? Definitely, but only for hands no larger than average.
