Not the best but works great for what I use them for
There is enough to go around. I have a couple in my car for when I'm driving; I have one at my desk for when I'm working, and I have one on the couch for when I'm watching TV, so no matter where I am, I can pick one up and work on my grip.

Rehab Use
I bought this item to do rehab at home, functionality is fine, like the color, the use of these items is a great idea for home use its some of the same items you would use when you go to rehab. Resistance is fine, the only thing is the quality of some of these items I do not like the feel of just remember you get what you pay for.

Exercise For All Stages Of Life.
I have just begun to use hand strength equipment but have found to be well made and very portable with the case included. The equipment was as described and very well priced. Would buy again.

Nice variety
I bought this after a nerve injury caused weakness in my left hand. After using all the different equipment in the set, I could feel the strength coming back pretty quickly. I like the variety of items and they're all easy to use even as you're watching TV or having a conversation.

Very good set for smaller-handed people
These pieces all seem to be well-made. There aren't any unduly wiggly or rattly parts on the mechanical pieces, and the silicone (etc.) pieces seem durable. For me personally (5'1" female), they're 5 stars. I only knocked off one star because the floppy and squishy pieces are very small, and so are not suitable for every hand. A man with average sized hands, or even a woman with larger hands would have difficulty getting their fingertips into the finger spreader things. Yes, they would theoretically stretch to accommodate all size fingers, but having to stretch to get each finger in its hole would be a time suck. The ball and the ring are similarly small. They fit great in my hand, but I just don't see them being really useful for a hand much larger than mine.I don't know what all the pieces are called, but I'll do my best to give some measurements.1. The standard mechanical gripper thing that looks like a garden hose handle is standard-sized compared to others I've seen over the years. I really like that the tension on it adjusts. I'm starting out with it all the way to the easiest (just keep turning the knob on the front).2. The other mechanical thing with the individual finger springs is the same size as the one at my physical therapist's office, so I think it's pretty standard, too.3. The firm, rubbery, squeezable ring measures 2.75 inches (~6.75cm) at its widest. Of limited usefulness to anyone with a larger hand than mine (which measures 6" or 16cm from wrist to tip of middle finger, if anyone cares, LOL).4. The ball is a squishy thermoplastic stuff. It measures about 1.25 inches (~4.5cm) in diameter. It's a great feeling ball, but again, very very small for anyone who doesn't have a small hand. For those with a larger hand, it would be good for using between fingers or between thumb and fingers, but not so much for a full-hand grip.5. The silicone things with the 5 finger holes... There are 3 of them in 3 different strengths. One is easier to spread, the second is harder, and the third hardest. I think it'd be a drag to stretch each hole to adjust it around each individual finger, but maybe I'm just lazy. You do you. LOLAll in all, a sturdy and effective set of hand-strengthening tools--for small people like me. ;o)
