It's small and handy and does a lot of functions that are way beyond my skill level. It's a very nice calculator. I wish the light was brighter and I also wish without having to open it up somewhere. It told you what type of batteries to get it came with a battery and it still last, but I don't have any idea what I'm supposed to buy, so I'll have to open it up to find out. It's well-made and I would buy again. I actually purchased the same thing and the larger size and I really like that because it is so much easier to read, but it doesn't fit in my purse. Both products are very good quality.

It works just fine, it comes with its literature, and access full Instruction Manuel, .pdf file from internet.It is very intuitive to operate. Thank you

I am a mortgage originator and have been in the business for over 20 years. I was loyal to the HP-12C for a number of years until one of my colleagues introduced me to this calculator. It is extremely easy to use and comes with excellent instructions as well. I use it multiple times every day to calculate principal and interest payments, debt to income ratios, loan to values, etc. This is my second one, only because I have worn the buttons out on my first one I got 5-6 years ago. If you are in the mortgage or real estate business, this is probably the most user friendly dependable calculator you will find on the market. Buy it. You won’t be disappointed.

This is Best Mortgage calculator in the business. I'm a residential loan officer that runs thousands of scenarios a year. This calculator is permanently attached to my left hand. I run circles around the numbers all day long. You can plug in the information in any order you want. Not a specific order and you can change the scenarios on the fly without clearing the calculator. You can run numbers frontwards and backwards if you need to back into a scenario. I have gone through 5 of them over the years because I wear them out. I can't blame that on the calculator...I just ordered 2 more. Only buy the 3430 Qualifier Plus IIIFX so you can run a DTI easily and you can plug in other expenses like HOI dues on condos.

Bought this for the Mrs (she's a Realtor) and she loves it! She says it's the best present I have ever given her, I don't know about that, but as long as it makes her work easier that's good enough for me. Apparently, it's pretty straight forward to use and she can calculate mortgage payments for clients immediately.Anyway, if your Realtor or a Mortgage specialist this is the calculator for you, and for the price it will save so much time and head aches figuring the numbers out. It is small enough to fit in your pocket or purse without taking literally any space.

Extremely useful and easy to use for anyone in the real estate or financial services business. Brought it first for real estate class and it was easy. The manual provides examples that you can use to become comfortable with the formulas. Good buy as the school was selling them for about double the price.

I've been using Calculated Industries Financial Calculator for years, to me it is much easier to use than the HP one. However, this shipment came as an defective product since the screen cover kept pop up and there was no bigger manual came with the calculator. Luckily I ordered it through Amazon and requested an exchange and I also called the customer services of the manufacturer and had the manual sent to me.
